Making life more affordable for Valley families isn't a slogan–it's the foundation of everything Brian fights for. Rising housing costs, insurance premiums, and everyday expenses are squeezing families out of the Valley.

As County Supervisor, Brian has a proven record of delivering real solutions: bringing healthcare services to rural communities, securing rental assistance when costs spiraled, helped build affordable homes and opposed new taxes.

He’ll take that same approach to Sacramento by pushing back against policies that drive up prices; opposing any new taxes on gas, groceries, and working families; taking on the utilities; and fighting for families to afford staying in their homes. HEALTHCARE ACCESS

Quality healthcare shouldn't be a luxury. Too many Valley families skip doctor visits because of cost or distance. Brian has already expanded in-home health care and brought mobile clinics to rural communities Sacramento forgot. He expanded health screenings and immunizations in partnership with Fresno State and Saint Agnes and funded mobile vision services like eye exams and prescription glasses for farmworker families.

He'll continue fighting to make sure every Valley resident has access to affordable, quality healthcare no matter where they live.

EDUCATION, PUBLIC SAFETY & HEALTHCARE FUNDING

The Central Valley has been left behind. Our schools are underfunded, our law enforcement is stretched, and our healthcare system has gaps. Sacramento has the resources it just hasn't prioritized the Valley.

As County Supervisor, Brian delivered $100 million to protect our water, fix roads, and fund police.

Brian will shift Sacramento’s priorities and fight for the Valley’s fair share of funding for schools, public safety, and healthcare. The Valley doesn't need Sacramento's politics. It needs steady, proven leadership that delivers.

Brian knows politicians in Los Angeles and San Francisco have too much power in Sacramento. Their policies have driven up costs and left the Valley without enough housing.

Brian understands that agriculture, public health, and our region's future depend on sustainable water management.
