<h2><strong>Brian Pacheco is a fourth-generation family farmer, dairyman, and Fresno County Supervisor with deep Valley roots and a lifelong commitment to public service.</strong></h2><p>Raised on his family’s dairy farm, Brian learned early the values of hard work, responsibility, and community. After graduating from Kerman High School, he attended the University of California, Davis, where he earned a degree in agricultural economics and was selected as commencement speaker for his graduating class.</p><p></p><p>Brian’s dedication to serving local families began long before he held county office. He spent 12 years on the Kerman Unified School District Board of Trustees, including service as board president, where he worked to strengthen local schools and expand opportunities for students. He later served on the boards of Community Regional Medical Center, the Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging, and the Human Resources Advisory Board, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges facing the Valley’s healthcare and senior service systems.</p><p></p><p>In addition to his public service, Brian has been a respected leader in California agriculture. He is a past president of the Fresno County Farm Bureau and previously served as chairman of California Dairies, Inc., one of the nation’s largest dairy cooperatives. His work on water and land management includes service on the North Kings and McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agencies, where he has helped shape long-term regional water planning to protect both communities and farms.</p><p></p><p>Brian and his wife, Alena, have three adult children and a long family tradition of involvement in 4H and FFA. Whether showing animals at the Big Fresno Fair, leading youth projects, or working alongside neighbors on community issues, the Pacheco family has always believed in giving back. Now, Brian is running for State Assembly to bring his real-world experience, practical leadership, and deep commitment to the Valley to Sacramento.</p>

He expanded health screenings and immunizations in partnership with Fresno State and Saint Agnes and funded mobile vision services like eye exams and prescription glasses for farmworker families.</p><p>He'll continue fighting to make sure every Valley resident has access to affordable, quality healthcare no matter where they live.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION, PUBLIC SAFETY &amp; HEALTHCARE FUNDING</strong></p><p>The Central Valley has been left behind.
